We know when a diagnosis is new it can be overwhelming and scary. We are here to help. We can connect you with other community members who are in a similar situation or have been in a similar situation. It can help to connect with others in the community to share resources, answer any of your questions, and offer support during this stressful and sometimes confusing time.
Membership is free. There is one form, and it is the same form for everything — joining, and receiving either newsletter.
Why we ask about health
Some of these questions are about health — your connection to the bleeding disorder community, a diagnosis, which treatment center your household uses. Membership is how we know who we serve, and those answers are what make it a record of a community rather than a mailing list.
What happens to it is set out in our privacy policy.

Fields marked with a red asterisk are required. If you would rather do this with a person, call us at 713.686.6100 and we will fill it out together.
We Are Here to Help
If you or a family member has recently been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, we can help. We invite all new families to attend all of our events especially the Texas Bleeding Disorders Conference. Events are hosted throughout the year and allow new members of our community to meet and connect with other new families. Our staff will also be present to answer questions and share resources with you.
See Our Upcoming EventsBefore your first event, it is worth reading your rights and responsibilities — how to tell one of our events from an industry one, and what a company may and may not do at either.
